what'd cause left upper back pain concentrated at one spot but moves around the left upper back area. its more below & side of the left shoulder blade? could this be related to similar luq pain ?

Nephrolithiasis: The kidneys are retroperitoneal and located in the area mentioned. Have you done a urinalysis lately?

Gallstones possible too, but usually refer to right upper back. Problem may originate above or below diaphragm. Evaluation is warranted.
