Diabetes: I am not sure what kind of information you would like to obtain based on the info provided. If you are concerned over the fact your diabetes may not be well controlled, the best measurement to assess it would be a1c - 3 month sugar test that gives you an idea of how well your diabetes is controlled. Normal in most cases is less than 7.0. If that's not been done, talk to your doc.
