Hangover: What you should not do with a hangover, is drink more alcohol. Instead, drink water and rest. You might want a small dose of alka seltzer, aleve or tylenol, (acetaminophen) for headache. Go easy on those. Maybe some milk thistle for your liver. Then consider how you got to the point of hangover in the first place, and determine whether you might be doing this often. Ask others you trust. Help is available.
