Meditation: In many popular articles there are helpful tips for falling asleep, such as always going to bed at the same time, turning off all lights and electronic devices, especially the tv, refraining from food and drink for a period of time before trying to sleep, and practicing some form of meditation, etc. However, insomnia may also be due to depression or some other medical problem.
