Tryptizol: Most likely the tryptizol (amitriptyline) as it causes drowsiness. Also, there is a drug interaction between lexapro (escitalopram) and tryptizol that increases the level of tryptizol in your body. And the risk of a dangerous condition called serotonin syndrome is increased when these 2 drugs are combined.
