Unsure: there are medical services in some large cities that provide hangover treatment. basically they come to your home and give iv fluids, vitamins, anti inflammatories and stomach medication. but really its a gimmick and its expensive. i imagine that people get relief from this treatment but that its expensive. is taking a couple aspirin or alka-seltzer, vitamins and drinking water that hard to do?
