Absolutely not: Osteoporosis needs to be treated with medications such as Reclast (zoledronic acid) that will hopefully improve bone density and reduce fracture risk. Every month you wait you lose more bone mass. Your smoking is a major cause of your osteoporosis and you should stop this habit now.
