No: I am assuming what you have described is alpocia areata which is considered an auto immune condition. Standard hair treatments such as coloring, permanents or hair waves are not ordinarily a problem in this type of hair loss.

ALOPECIA AREATA: The bald spots usually get cured after 6-8 months or see dermatologist. Body wave will not damage the area.
