How much protein can i consume before my body stores it as fat?

Depends: Entirely on how much you burn exercising. You'll either burn it for energy, store it in muscle, use it to replenish stuff like skin and hair that you ordinarily shed, or it'll turn to fat. You're approaching your athletic prime. Train hard, avoid the worst grease and sugar, and your body will reward you by looking great and telling you what's right to eat.
