A member asked:

If i have hpv (genital warts) and i get the vaccine, could that prevent my partner from getting it?

No: The vaccine can be helpful to you by decreasing your chances of getting another hpv strain that cause genital warts or those that are linked to cancer. It does not treat or reverse the effect that you have genital warts. Sometimes these go dormant even without treatment but you can shed the virus and pass the germ occasionally.

NO: Only when you are free of disease , other wise you will infect your partner , even with condom possible to get infected , as it is virus.
