Balance helps: It certainly seems possible. It's recommended, of course, that you work less and decease your stress and perfectionism.

Performance anxiety: If overworked with high stress, it's also possible to have sleep disturbance -- which intensifies the whole thing. Perfectionism serves no one -- in fact it's the enemy of excellence as some who are far wiser than me have said. Perfectionism is unhealthy because self-criticism eclipses authentic self-improvement. Help with this is possible by working with a skilled psychologist like dr. Smith.
