Just don't faint: Cardiologists (heart specialists) often joke that the lowest blood pressure is that which you can tolerate w/o fainting. So if you're dizzy, maybe your BP is too low. But young men & women in good physical condition often have BP around 90/60. Important thing is that you fell fine and not faint/dizzy/lightheaded etc.
