Well, it's a: Little low but I am curious y u r checking it? People may have lower pressures but u also have a low pulse which is a sign ur heart isn't beating faster 2 make up 4 low pressure. If not dehydrated or anemic, not passing out during activities, it's not unusual. Good luck.

Normal: Low blood pressure and low heart rate is normal in healthy individual. Of you have no symptoms than theses number are normal. Suggest you drink a lot of water and exercise regularly.

Blood pressure: Your blood, albeit appears a little on the low side, may be normal for you. Pulse of 62 is ok. Pulse of 53 is acceptable provided you don't have any complaints.
