Can you tell if someones got a kidney infection without a urine sample? i got told i had a bad kidney infection today but he never checked my urine.

UTIs: I often get a sense of a real UTI just from the history or story the patient tells me. A female often knows very well that they have a UTI and these need treatment urgently. The pain or other symptoms can be nearly unbearable. I treat frequently in this specific scenario without testing.
