Old school: This is probably a debatable idea, which i don't put alot of stock in. The logic goes that if lpd is related to inadequate corpus luteum function, Clomid (clomiphene) can improve lpd by improving ovulation (thus a better cl.) the correctness is debatable, but the argument kinda makes sense.
