7 clomid (clomiphene) cycles: Birth defects are not a concern in pregnancies conceived while taking either Clomid (clomiphene) or letrazole. However, if your wife is not pregnant after 6 cycles on clomid, (clomiphene) it is time to move on to a more agressive modality!
