May be GYN related: Most frequently left lower quadrant abdominal pain in a young female is caused by gyn related issues (e.g. Ruptured ovarian cyst). Less commonly, at this age, a condition called diverticulitis (inflammation of colon diverticula) may cause similar pain. Rarely appendicitis may present with pain on the left side instead of the right. Other causes are related to urinary tract.

Anything: Most people think their whole abdomen is their stomach, but the stomach is in the upper middle or upper left of the abdomen. If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.

See Your Doctor: More info is needed to answer your question: duration, location, description of pain; medical history including gynecologic details; & more. There are several possibilities such as: constipation can cause pelvic pressure/discomfort, infections can cause abdominal pain when cervix is disturbed & more. Addtionally examination is required. See your doctor for proper diagnosis & treatment.

Many possibilities: A simple tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. A normal person, not pregnant, not on medications, usually recovers easily. Taking a Pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 oz of Pedialyte hourly, plus drinking/eating little else, may settle things down. Otherwise, a Dr. should evaluate.

Abdominal tenderness: Whenever you have tenderness in the abdomen to touch, it is a wise idea to see your doctor to be evaluated. It may turn out to be nothing, but that is often a sign of a severe problem with the abdomen . Good luck.
