No: Any transient increase in your length created by stretching (hanging) disappears over time after you stand up and gravity removes that effect. You might get excited about these minor changes if you measure yourself, and they may push to try to do more,but is not a healthy pursuit. Try to accept your present height as at your age you are finished growing.
