Depression: I am unaware of any contraindication to taking a probiotic with buproprion, check with your doctor if you are unsure as he or she can give you accurate information as well. My best.

Combination: These can be taken together without problems. If you have nausea from wellbutrin, (bupropion) the probiotics may resolve that.
