Who told you that? The placebo effect would be the only help that an anti inflammatory drug will achieve. Can I be completely blunt, because there is no one else around, you probably grew up in a disrupted family and have a hard time disciplining yourself and controlling your appetites. You live in the USA, are blessed, with no need for depression try reading the good book, a little every day.

Rule of thumb for psychiatric medications is to be patient for two to four weeks. If you don’t see much change in that time frame, discuss your options with your psychiatrist
