A member asked:

Is it safe to take the dosage 40 mg celexa (citalopram) in combination with 300 mg wellbutrin (bupropion) for depression or is this dosage too high?

It depends: If your psychiatrist has prescribed these dosages for you then my assumption would be there was a good reason for that. If you are tolerating the combination with minimal to no side effects and you are benefitting from it then this may be appropriate for you. Look out for side effects such as not being able to feel your emotions or increased agitation and irritability. Good luck!
