Humph: Try Bacitracin and leave open to air. Be careful!you did not say how deep, if deep seek care. I'm assuming is a razor burn cut.

Wound: Unfortunately, i cannot see the wound. It may need to be stitched up to avoid major scarring, however, if the wound is superficial and not wide, it may heal up without scarring or with minor one on its own. Without seeing it, it's hard to decide whether you need that or not. Keep the wound clean by washing it with water. You may need to put a triple antibiotic and an occlusive dressing (bandade).
