Super!!: Keep exercising and watching what you eat. It's always easier with a friend. For a really non- judgemental one, try an app like "lose it". As long as you are diligent (and honest with yourself!) you can lose whatever you want. Remember, it wasn't gained overnight; it won't be lost overnight! there are no magic gimmicks. Set a goal and go for it!
