Clindamycin /Vanco : It depends on the type of penicillin allergy. If it's just a rash you can safely take cephalosporins like keflex. If hives, or anaphylaxis you cannot take cephalosporins. As you are allergic to macrolide antibiotics as well Clindamycin would be the best oral drug while vancomycin would be best for IV treatment in this situation.
