Possibly,not likely: Ativan (lorazepam), (lorazepam) being a benzodiazepine, could cause disinhibition in a manner akin to what occurs in alcohol intoxication and this could lead to hyperactivity and impulsivity. If you taking Ativan (lorazepam) that is prescribed, i would consider describing your side effects to the prescribing physician. If you using Ativan (lorazepam) recreationally, i would stop doing so as this could be dangerous.
