Life style changes: Life style changes including reducing stressful situations, exercise at least 3 times per week for at least 20 minutes, getting sufficient sleep, eat a balanced diet and reducing caffeine. Cognitive behavioral training can be very effective. Athletes, high stress executives are taught cognitive hehavioral techniques. If these approaches do not suffice, medication may be helpful.
