A member asked:

Can there be much of a difference between the asthma preventers: seretide, symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) and clenil?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Inhalers: Seretide and symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) are comparable, they are combination inhalers that contain a steroids and a long acting bronchodilator. Clenil is a monotherapy inhaler that only contains an inhaled steroid. It is intended for lower severity asthma.
