Spasm of vocal cords: Most likely it is simply spasms of the muscles that make up part of your vocal cords.

Not usually: It can be a sign of asthma, which is characterized by bronchospasm, or the tightening of muscles around the airways. When a person coughs or laughs too much or exercises quickly without warming up, these muscles tighten, and can cause some temporary difficulty breathing.

Swallowing trouble?: Dysphagia (trouble swallowing) can cause problems. Uncoordinated contractions in mouth, throat, esophagus can cause pooling of material. A bunch of causes. Less likely is fistula (abnormal connection) between esophagus and trachea (windpipe).
See your doc; video-esophagram or feest test can test swallowing mechanism; may be treated with rehab.

Maybe: Coughing can be caused by a variety of things. A 'cold' or other respiratory infection is usually caused by a virus and resolves in 5-7 days, if it is getting worse or not resolving with standard over the counter remedies you should see your doctor.

When I cough heartbeat goes very fast for half and hour then all disapears should I be worried?

Nice symptom!: I wouldn't be too worried, but would see doc to eval you for svt ( supraventricular tachycardia) with holter monitor. Wear it and try to make symptoms happen. I am not worried because svt usually occurs at a relatively fixed rate. If it happens again, it will happen at the same rate and not faster. Since you tolerated last episode well, you will tolerate the next.
