Skin trauma: Hair waxing causes trauma to the hair follicles. Though blood is rare, it isn't unusual. There is little risk of getting a skin infection from 3d glasses as long as they were in plastic package. Typically the redness and pain from waxing lasts less than a day.

Eye pressure: Your symptoms could be due to skin irritation/inflammation due to skin waxing or eye strain. Both should go away with a little time. Cool compresses can speed recovery of the skin irritation. If no improvement, go see an eye doctor.
