No: While people with mild autism/asperger's disorder can be oblivious to the emotional responses of others and/or unable to predict emotional outcomes socially, sociopaths are emotionally remorseless, calculating, and manipulative. It takes a high level of social awareness to be exploitive emotionally as in sociopathy.
