That is life: For those patients, living with autism or Asperger is their day to day life already. It is normal for them. Of course, society "attitudes" towards them, rejection, stigmatization might be part of their everyday experiences. They have variable degrees of limitations in every aspect, and they are commonly, fairly adjusted to this.
