Acids can harm teeth: Squash drinks can be very acidic and sugary which are bad for your teeth. Drinking thru a straw will decrease your teeth's exposure to these drinks. So if you drink squash drinks use a straw and moderation.

Probably: If the drink is high in sugar then long term use is bad for your teeth. Many sports drink companies make a lower sugar option now. Try one of the lower sugar options.
