Cutting: Is a way that you have learned to cope and it may have become a habit. First recommend filling your life with positive relationships & meaningful activities. Second, if you aren't in therapy now - strongly recommend it. Specifically encourage you to find a therapist who does dialectic behavioral therapy. Take care.
