Most likely yes: Anacin contains acetylsalicylic acid and caffeine. Caffeine will raise blood pressure. That said, if your doctor has not told you to avoid caffeine then you should be fine.

Generally Yes: However because anacin has both aspirin and caffeine in it you may want to run it by your doctor that takes care of your blood pressure. Both of these medications can raise your blood pressure and if you are not well controlled can be an issue for you.
