No: Diet and exercise are the only things that work. Supplements are foreign substances - you don't know what's in them or what they will do to your body or what harm they could cause. The only thing that will lose weight is you wallet. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Supplement : There are supplements that help. For 15 years I have approved for myself and my friends supplements. I personally like Tru Health and osolean. however. you do need to change diet, exercise and lifestyle for permanent effect. A supplement or program is just a bridge!
