Constipation: You should have a formed, soft bowel movement every 1-2 days. Start drinking water. At least 64 oz a day. If you drink caffeine you need 2 glasses of water for each cup of caffeine. You should also explore fruits and foods that will stimulate you gut increasing your frequency of stooling. Consider taking a stool softener daily to help move fluid into the gut. Talk to your doc.
