See pediatrician: The baby needs to be properly evaluated by her pediatrician. Vomiting and crying can be from anything in a baby her age ... From a little acid reflux , to sepsis. She needs immediate attention by her Doc or a visit to ER.

NB frustrations: Sounds like she is a high need child right now. First, take a deep breath and relax - this will get better. Be sure not to overfeed - this is #1 cause of throw up after feeds. If nursing, decrease dairy in your diet. If formula, a change may be tried to an anti-reflux formula such as Enfamil AR. Regarding pooping, many infants clench instead of relax sphincter. Have doc show you how to use q-tip.
