Unclear: You report being pregnant, but your "patient information" shows that you are not. Many forms of low-impact aerobic activities, weight training, cycling, spinning and swimming may be fine during healthy pregnancies. Prior problems, miscarriages and certain medical conditions suggest caution and limited activity in order not to increase abdominal or pelvic pressure. Be sure to speak with your own ob.
