C. diff: C.Diff gives out a toxin that affects your colon primarily but can also cause constitutional symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, fogginess, dizziness, etc. It doesn't seem to primarily affect one's heart, although, with general intoxication, it does suffer from it secondarily.
