Nutrition & exercise: All fda approved diet pills have side effects. Even dietary supplements that are marketed as being all natural & organic have side effects. Instead, focus on nutrition & exercise to get healthy & lose weight. Regarding your hair, go see your family doc. Hair loss could be due to thyroid or lupus or stress or . . .? Bottom line, get complete evaluation.
