Too many ??: There are many issues, exercise, family history? Fever? Medical illnesses currently? Sounds like you need to visit your doctor again to further discuss and whether more tests or see a specialist.

See details: Your symptoms are not really specific but the positive ANA can be significant. See a rheumatologist. Is lupus possible in this setting? Yes, but that is only one possible diagnosis and the ANA by itself needs to be evaluated in the context of the entire clinical picture.
