SLE: See a rheumatologist. Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) is a well tolerated and often beneficial med for lupus. Always wear sunscreen on sun exposed areas.

Yes: Avoid sun exposure. The hair loss could be from the cellcept (mycophenolate mofetil).
