Probably : Lovenox (enoxaparin) or Heparin will be needed should you choose to pursue pregnancy after two dvts. You should also have an extensive hypercoaguability work up before to try and determine the cause if your dvts. Pregnancy will cause a high estrogenic state thus increasing the risk for dvts.

Meds: Most likely you will be on lovenox - low molecular heparin as this is the safest mad during pregnancy as it does not cross the placenta
