Yes: You are only 3 days out from this surgery and it would be normal to have pain. So long as no fever, you should be fine. If you haven't, consider some Ibuprofen (600mg every 8 hours) for pain. Make an appointment with your md if not resolving by tomorrow. Best of luck, i'm sure you'll be fine.
