Vaginal goo in urine: Doubt this is from your bladder given your recent history. If you are worried about gu system, be reassured if you don't have flank/groin pain which usually accompanies urethral obstruction.

No: You should not be passing anything in urine after a gyn procedure. Are you passing anything vaginally?
