2013 i had sterilization+endometrial ablation, bleeding gone away & came back 2017, gyne said it is ok, know it is every 2 weeks spoting brown color.

Evaluations: There are a lot of causes for irregular menstrual bleeding. An endometrial ablation does not always work forever and it does not mean that new issues can not pop up. I would schedule a follow up visit with an Obgyn for a medical history, an examination and pelvic sonogram. Then based on the findings other testing can be done as needed.
