I have adult ear tubes, placed 11/4/19. i constantly experience loud rubber snapping/drumming sounds when i chew, walk, burp, or sneeze. also i hear my heartbeat loudly in my ears frequently, as well as pain, discomfort, itching & dizziness?

Dislodged?: Sounds like at least one tube has dislodged, and is no longer effective resulting in your symptoms. While you may benefit from a decongestant, see you ENT for a review to check the placement of your tubes.
