CTD: Connective tissue disease or a rheumatologic disorder, an autoimmune process whereby the body mounts an inflammatory attack on joints mentioned. Systemic process is likely given your age & gender (32 y/o f), neg xrays, & symmetric involvement. Profile indicates fatigue & joint swelling which further adds to this possibility. Need an internist/rheumatologist+ blood work+ joint fluid analysis.

Medication side effe: The symptoms are probably associated with the Cogentin (benztropine) and may even be tied into the clindamycin. You need to get off these meds asap and have your doctor understand what is going on and why you need those 2 medication. No question , this is a medication adverse reaction to the 2 medications i mentioned.
