Difficult Question: That is a moderate sized fibroid. Our thought is unless it is mostly exterior to the uterus that it should most likely be removed. Especially if you are consider, but certainly not always, prevent pregnancy and can cause miscarriage. In most cases the risk is about 25% for both problems depending on size and location. Good luck.
