Depends on size: If they are measuring only 4 weeks it's possible they are normal, but this is unlikely given ivf. What are the sizes of the gestational sacs?

Just had my 3rd IVF transfer. Betas were 15, then 39, then 104, then a week later 1844. A week later went in for 6 week 2 day ultrasound and found small yolk sac, but flickering heartbeat. I go again in 2 weeks for ultrasound. Im nervous....?
